SHIPPING POLICY
Route Package Protection
Route Package Protection is strongly recommended for all shipping and delivery orders.
Afiyas Hair Collection offers package protection through Route at checkout. If you select Route, please continue tracking your package until it arrives. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim directly with Route at claims.route.com. Route will review the claim and notify us once the investigation is complete.
Please note that Afiyas Hair Collection is not responsible for the length of Route’s claims process.
If you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection, Afiyas Hair Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. By opting out, you accept full responsibility for your shipment and release Afiyas Hair Collection from any related liability.
Afiyas Hair Collection will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages for customers who decline Route Package Protection when the carrier classifies the package as lost, stolen, or damaged and that status is supported by a claims report.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for tracking their packages once orders have shipped. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks of the order date, you must contact us immediately.
Afiyas Hair Collection is not responsible for undelivered packages reported more than two weeks after the order date. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status and report any issues promptly.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. No exceptions.
Wrong Address
Afiyas Hair Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Rush Shipping
Next Business Day Rush Shipping is available only when offered at checkout.
To qualify, your order must be placed by 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Overnight and Express Shipping are not available for custom orders

We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day, typically Monday
Afiyas Hair Collection cannot control delays caused by holiday volume or sales periods, so we strongly recommend ordering in advance.
