AFIYA’S HAIR COLLECTION REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Afiya’s Hair Collection are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you received has a confirmed defect.
Because of the nature of our products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In approved cases involving a verified defect, store credit only will be provided.
If you receive the wrong item, are missing items, or have a concern with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at afiyasco@gmail.com. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
To be considered for review, the following conditions must be met:

The product must not be unraveled, wet, installed, altered, or otherwise tampered with.

Lace on wigs must not be cut.

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or discounted once they have been placed and processed.
Customized Orders
All customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Each order goes through a quality control process before shipment, so defects are rare. If you believe you received a defective product, email afiyasco@gmail.com immediately with clear photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.
To qualify for a return review based on a defect:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Used, altered, installed, or tampered human hair products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Do not unravel, wet, install, or handle the hair excessively.

Your return package must include everything originally received, including tags, labels, packaging, accessories, cards, freebies, and any included materials.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or denied. If approved, store credit only will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided.
Package Refusals & Restocking Fees
If you refuse delivery or return a package to sender, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping and delivery charges will also be deducted.

We are not responsible for international customs fees or import charges once your package reaches your destination country
Route Package Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.
If you choose not to purchase Route Package Protection, you accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged package.
In these cases:

Afiya’s Hair Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

We will not file claims or investigate issues with the shipping carrier on your behalf

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer and the shipping carrier
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
In the rare event that a cancellation is approved, store credit only will be issued. Store credit is valid for 12 months and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with promotions.
Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer
Afiya’s Hair Collection is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer. Please review your cart carefully before submitting payment.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for items ordered in error.
Wrong Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Afiya’s Hair Collection is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after your order has shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Ready-to-Wear Wigs
All ready-to-wear wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please do not purchase a wig if you are unfamiliar with wigs or do not know how to install or maintain one properly. We recommend consulting a professional stylist before purchasing.
Only wigs with a verified defect may be considered for review, and only if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To remain eligible for review:

Do not cut the lace

Do not unravel, wet, install, alter, or otherwise modify the wig
Once the lace has been cut, the wig is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification before processing. Customers may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID to confirm ownership of the payment method used.
This may happen if billing information, banking details, or credit card information does not match.
Please note:

If verification is not completed, the order will be canceled and refunded

Fraudulent or suspicious activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities
Order Processing & Policy Updates
Orders are processed daily, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once payment has been verified and your order has been submitted for processing, it cannot be changed or modified.
Afiya’s Hair Collection reserves the right to update pricing, policies, promotions, and website content at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for the most current version of our policies.
