Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping:

We ship all international orders via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Time: Once processed, orders arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Ready-to-Ship Items:

Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the next business day.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

 

We highly recommend selecting package protection insurance at checkout. This covers your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you decline insurance, Afiyas Hair Collection will not be liable for any shipping issues.

 

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

 

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details. If your package is lost or delayed due to an address mistake, we will not issue a refund or reship your order.

 

TARIFFS & CUSTOMS DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

 

Shipping costs on our website do not include any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your home country. These additional charges are your responsibility, and we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your shipment. If there are any issues with tracking, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

With Insurance: If you opted for package protection insurance, please file a claim directly with the insurer for resolution.

Without Insurance: Afiyas Hair Collection is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

 

RETURNS & RESHIPMENTS

Undeliverable Packages: If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (incorrect or incomplete), we will charge a reshipping fee for any attempts to resend the package.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders where the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing.
